Overview

Swindon Borough Council (the Employer), wishes to submit to tender the requirements for the provision of the design and construction of the fourth access to the Wichelstowe development crossing the M4 motorway, together with associated infrastructure to the south and north of the crossing to connect to existing infrastructure (to the south) and the new development (to the north). The contract period is for 42 months commencing 15/02/2019. It is anticipated that the estimated budget range for this opportunity is between £18M to £25M.
