Inspire is the brand name for Culture, Learning, Libraries (Midlands) ? a Community Benefit Society (CBS). Inspire is a mutual spin-out from Nottinghamshire County Council, which is due to go live in April 2016 as a new organisation with exempt charitable status, delivering cultural, learning and library services under contract with Nottinghamshire County Council; the Skills Funding Agency; the Education Funding Agency and the Arts Council.
