Overview
The Council wishes to set up a Dynamic Purchasing System for the provision of a passenger transport service using a vehicle of no more than eight (8) seats. Having entered into the DPS Agreement, the Council may request services from the Operator, at which point the Council will enter into a separate Service Contract in accordance with this DPS Agreement.
Each Service Contract will incorporate the terms and conditions of this DPS Agreement. Further information regarding this Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) can be found within the Invitation to Tender Document Set.
