Contract for water hygiene monitoring services for Bernicia Homes. The requirements include - • Monthly monitoring & temperature testing • 6 monthly tank inspections 2 / 5 • Annual Tank Cleans (arranged upon results of monitoring inspections) • Quarterly Shower Cleans (sheltered schemes only) • TMV temperature testing/servicing This contract may also include risk assessments.Training may also be required to be delivered by thesuccessful tenderer throughout the term of the contract.
