Overview
Cornwall Council (the Authority) is currently working on a major programme for the commissioning of the Authority's future Waste and Recycling Collection, Street and Public Open Space Cleansing services throughout Cornwall that will deliver a cost effective and enhanced performance Contract in line with the Authority's objectives for reducing waste and increasing recycling rates. For that reason the Authority is keen to explore certain elements of the proposed new Contract, and solutions that may be currently available in the market, for these services.
The Authority is therefore conducting a soft market assessment to explore these elements and better understand the business, technological and innovative solutions that are available.
