The Harris Federation wishes to engage a contractor to undertake a variety of works which are split into five Lots at Harris Academy South Norwood (Upper Norwood site):
- Lot 1 : Landscape works including asphalt resurfacing on multiple areas (total area = 250m2), levelling and excavation works, new external steps and paving (total area for paving = circa 410m2), new retaining wall. Please refer to Annex A for details.
- Lot 2 : Windows replacement. This involves removing 6nr 2400x4400mm and 5nr 2400x4000mm crittal windows and replacing with new uPVC glazed panels. Please refer to Annex B for details.
- Lot 3: Roofing works including rainwater good replacement; external emergency exit staircases resurfacing; roof level fencing removal and installation of walkway and handrail on flat roof; fascias, soffits and guttering replacement on main building. Please refer to Annex C for details.
- Lot 4: Toilet block refurbishment. This includes the complete strip out and replacement of plumbing, drainage, toilets and sinks as well as overall redecoration, new flooring and new lighting panels in girls' toilet block on the 1st floor. Cubicle partitions to be retained and reinstated. Replacement of urinals and associated works in boys' toilet block on the ground floor. Please refer to Annex D for details.
- Lot 5: M&E works including radiator refurbishment and installation of TRVs. Please refer to Annex E for details.
