The objectives of this exercise are to: • gain initial supplier awareness and engagement, • gain insight to the market possibilities and potential innovative solutions; • understand risks and issues not previously considered; • inform the Business Case; • inform the Procurement Strategy; and • prevent the University from tendering an unachievable project. The PMEN fulfils the requirement for a Preliminary Market Engagement Notice to be issued under the Procurement Act 2023.

The University of Worcester is seeking to procure and implement a Student Case Management. This solution will support key Student Services functions.

We are seeking suppliers who may have an interest in this project to complete the Questionnaire in Appendix A To help gain a better understanding of the feasibility of the requirements, the most effective route to market, the capacity of the market to deliver any possible risks and issues that may not have been previously considered. The University’s high-level requirements for this system can be found at Appendix B. These represent the University’s current requirements, but they may be amended at any time prior to tender.
