Overview
Tees Valley Combined Authority (TVCA)] (the 'Contracting Authority') is looking to procure a framework comprising 7 single suppliers lots for the provision business support services via competitive flexible procedure. The detail on the stages can be found in the Part 1 ITT Document.
The various lots will be: Lot 1 – Foundational Economy Lot 2 – Advanced Manufacturing and Modern Industrial Technologies Lot 3 – Digital and Tech Lot 4 – Creative and Cultural Industries Lot 5 – Games Lot 6 – Female Founders Lot 7 – Experts and Mentors. The expected contract term will be 2 years with an option to extend for a further 2 years.
Pre-Tender Market Engagement has been conducted and further detail relating to this can be found within the tender pack. The contracting authority reserves the right to modify the contract in reliance on Schedule 8 paragraph 1 of the Procurement Act 2023 where the contracting authority clearly states the circumstance in which a modification may be required.

Supporting games businesses and entrepreneurs to create, develop and commercialise intellectual property, attract investment, access global markets and contribute to the growth of Tees Valley's games ecosystem.
Supporting women to start, sustain and grow businesses, addressing barriers to participation and improving access to expertise, finance, investment, networks and wider opportunities. Providing flexible access to experienced business practitioners, mentors, coaches, specialist consultants and technical experts where focused support is needed to implement plans, overcome barriers or progress towards agreed milestones.
