Overview
The overarching intention is that services for children and young people in Northamptonshire must be high quality, meet financial objectives and be sustainable. Creating an independent and professionally led organisation is considered the best way to realise this ambition.
DfE requests quotes from providers to provide legal support to the trust set-up project and advise the emerging trust during contract negotiation - working with the suite of programme and legal template documents produced for the DfE. The Trust is to be operational as soon as is reasonably possible.
Our current working assumption is that the Trust will be operational no later than 1 July 2020. Note: Bidders interested in this requirement should be aware that they must allow at least 6 full working days before the competition closing date of 18th July 2019.
