Overview
This Prior Information Notice (PIN) is in relation to the renewal framework for ‘Treatment of Organic Waste Services’, both the treatment and recycling of, for all 32 council areas in Scotland and Scotland Excel Associate members. The waste streams incorporated are food waste, garden waste and co-mingled food and garden waste.
It is anticipated the scope of services covered under Lot 3 will include but not be limited to the treatment and recycling of co-mingled (food and garden) waste. Additional information: NOTE: At this stage, the final lot structure has still to be confirmed and as such is subject to change.
