Adoption East Midlands (AEM), is a Regional Adoption Agency hosted by Nottinghamshire County Council, delivering adoption services for 4 Local Authorities - Derbyshire County Council, Derby City Council, Nottinghamshire County Council and Nottingham City Council. Nottinghamshire County Council (the Council) on behalf AEM is seeking to establish a process to contract with organisations (Providers) able to provide Therapeutic Services, (Framework).
In addition, each individual LA’s within the AEM region, assumes responsibility for supporting children and families where a Special Guardianship Order is in place, therefore providers who join the Therapeutic Services Framework will also deliver the appropriate interventions to ensure positive outcomes for these families. Details of Services that will be purchased under the Framework by AEM as set out in the service specification; The Framework will remain open for new tenders for the duration of its operation.
