The contract will have an initial term of 12 months, followed by 3 incremental extensions of 12 months for up toa total period of 48 months. Value Range - 11 500 000 GBP to 28 500 000 GBP for all 4 lots.
It is anticipated that in the first 12 months of the agreement the value of purchases will be in the region of 3490 000 GBP. For the full 48 months term (if prices agreed) the anticipated value will be circa 14 400 000 GBP.
