The Provision of Removal and Associated Services The Council has a regular requirement for residential moves and office relocations within the Borough of Sandwell that also includes a packing and unpacking service and the requirement for furniture and belongings to be taken into storage as and when required. Residential Removals are categorised into the following types: Tenant Incentive Scheme (TIS) Deaths involving the Treasury Evictions or abandoned properties Decants Emergency Moves Term of Contract The Contract duration is for three (3) years, commencing 1 April 2021 to 31 March 2024.

Value of Contract Based on previous data, the estimated annual cost is to be in the region of £60,000. This value is based on historical spend data and is intended to be used as a guide only and is not a guarantee of the level of business that will be generated from the contract.
