South Tyneside Council is seeking a Contractor to provide a Cardboard Processing Facility to receive and sort Cardboard which has been received at the Authority's Household Waste Recovery Centre (the Recycling Village) in South Shields. This Specification prescribes the Service required from the Contractor in the provision of a Cardboard Processing Facility to receive and sort Cardboard. The Service shall be provided during the twelve month period from 1st August 2015 to 31st July 2016.
