TfL - Strengths Based 360 tool

Transport for London (TfL) is seeking expressions of interest from suppliers experienced in the provision and delivery of 360 questionnaires and reports based on proven Strengths based models. This will be a 3 year agreement for the provision of 360 questionnaires, reporting which will include but not limited to: • Initial development of strengths based leadership 360 tool • Ongoing access and provision of questionnaire • Ongoing access and provision of analytics - individual and aggregated • Alignment with TfL's leadership development offerings • User training and guidance materials Full details will be provided in the scope of specification at the tendering stage..
