The Council has an estate of approximately 450 properties across the district covering a range of property types including (but not limited to) offices, schools, libraries, leisure centres, residential homes, private residences and commercial premises. The Council’s Built Environment department requires a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to undertake the servicing and Repair of our Air Compressors & Ancillary compressed air equipment sites ensuring compliance with all manufacturer’s recommendations / specifications.
