Types of services required in this lot includes but is not limited to: • Asset assessment, Asset lifecycle modelling, CAPEX optimisation / investment planning & Criticality frameworks and maintenance strategy • Root-cause analysis • Risk analysis • Unit cost analysis and data • Engineering technical support & Network resilience • Problem resolution • Power system engineering analysis • Gas network hydraulic analysis • Energy Transition (Multi Energy & Net Zero)
Provision advice and consulting services in relation to the strategy formation of Modelling, Simulation & Analytics including, discovery, envisage and design stages of advice relevant to NESO specific requirements. Consultancy and advice in this area may include, but not limited to, consultancy relating to the following topics: • Power system modelling • Scenario analysis • Network & demand forecasting & planning support • Digital simulations • Nodal Plexos (or equivalent) modelling • Integrated energy system planning • Flexibility & Future System Modelling • Climate and Resilience analysis and modelling • Energy transition analysis and modelling • Decarbonisation modelling Please note; Lot 2 does not include the procurement of data models or the provision of software and services packages.
Projects which require end to end solutions from strategy, discovery design & implementation will be procured via alternative routes to market. Provision advice and consulting services in relation to Strategic Technical Consultancy advice relevant to NESO specific requirements.
