T Levels branding campaign

This work is to design and deliver a new brand, integrated communications strategy, framework and campaign for T Levels. The new campaign will be launched in September 2019. Contracted agency will act as lead creative agency for the integrated brand communication and engagement framework for T Levels, working with DfE and its delivery bodies to implement the national marketing campaign. This will include:

• insight generation
• audience analysis - particularly for parents, young people and employers.
• brand and creative strategy - for T Levels
• portfolio strategy for wider tech ed reform
• complete campaign solution - balancing national and regional targeted communications
• media strategy development
• planning, design and execution of the campaign
• model for how the T Level campaign should mature over the roll out period to 2027 (see annex 2)
• evaluation strategy and delivery method
