Staffordshire County Council (the Council) has put in place a Light Touch Regime Dynamic Purchasing System (LTR DPS) arrangement for the provision of Supported Living Services for Individuals with a Learning Disability, Autistic Spectrum Conditions and/or Mental Health Conditions (aged 16+).
Suppliers will also be expected to consider reasonable adjustments to also enable the needs of clients with Sensory Impairments, Physical Disabilities and Acquired Brain Injury. The Council has received applications to join the DPS from Suppliers and has awarded successful Suppliers onto the DPS.
