Sutton Housing Partnership ("the Authority") for itself and as agent for the London Borough of Sutton and Sutton Living Ltd are inviting Suppliers to submit Tenders for an Open Frameworks being tendered under Regulation 49(2) of the Procurement Act 2023 ("PA23") in respect of the scope of Works to Lots 1 to 4 as detailed below, The two most advantageous tenders for each Lot will be awarded both a membership of the Framework based on the JCT FA2024 Framework Agreement and a Call-Off Contract based on the NHF Form of Contract 2025 The intention is to set up an open framework initially for 3 years (1/10/2026 to 30/9/2029). A further open framework will run for two years (1/10/29 to 30/9/2031) and finally a follow up open framework will run for three years (1/10/2031 to 30/9/2034).
