Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council are seeking a supplier to supply the Victorian Street Sweet Shop at Preston Park with a range of confectionary (mainly sweets). The Victorian Street at Preston Park Museum in Stockton-on-Tees offers a charming and immersive glimpse into life in the late 19th century. Visitors can stroll through a meticulously recreated street featuring a variety of authentic shops and trades, including an ironmongers, printers, grocers, sweet shop, drapers, chemist, police station, and blacksmiths. Each shop is brought to life by dedicated volunteers, many dressed in period costume, who demonstrate traditional skills and engage with guests.
