Supply of Fire Fighting Equipment and Associated Spares

Leidos Supply Ltd invites tenders to supply a four year framework (2 years plus 2 option years) for The Supply of Fire Fighting Equipment and Associated Spares. The range will be split into 4 lots as follows- 1) 10 Fire Extinguishers including Foam, Water, Dry Powder, CO2 and Wet Chemical.

This lot also contains spare parts for each of these. 2) 2 Specialist Fire Extinguishers including spare parts 3) Fire Fighting Equipment - This contains 17 items including but not limited to Fire Buckets, Fire Blankets and Rescue Knives. 4) 7 Mannequins for Training Purposes. The Contracting Authority intends to award 1 Agreement per lot.

Prices are requested for the first 2 years. Years 3 & 4 are option years which will be negotiated with the winning bidder prior to the year commencement.

All prices submitted must be firm (non-variable) ex-VAT inclusive of delivery. The frameworks will be awarded following the selection criteria stated in the procurement documents.

All tender submissions for tenders raised within the Leidos Supply Ltd eSourcing solution must be made via the application, including all communications during the tender process which must be carried out through the application's "messaging centre".
