1.1 You are invited to submit a competitive Tender for the contract detailed above. 1.2 It is essential to observe and comply with the following instructions in the preparation and submission of your Tender. Suppliers are expected to comply with the provisions of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and where a supplier is found to have committed a criminal offence under the Modern Slavery Act 2015 then KWL shall be entitled to terminate any contract with the Supplier. Suppliers are referred to paragraph 21 of this ITT Whistleblowing.
