Supply and Delivery Of Temporary Flood Protection Products Filled Tubes With a Minimum Barrier Height of 1.0m. Either Air-Filled Tubes That Consist Of Typically Pre-Fabricated Impermeable Membrane Tube Filled With Air to Form a Dam Or Water-Filled Tubes That Consist Of Typically Pre-Fabricated Impermeable Membrane Tube Filled With Water to Form a Dam.
Additional information: Information about delivery location: Delivery locations are principal depots in England. Instructions to Suppliers: The Agency is seeking to improve its incident response capability by increasing its stock of temporary flood defences.
These defences may be used in a variety of flooding incidents and will form an essential part of our flood incident response. The Agency is seeking to award a contract to multiple suppliers of Flood Protection Products of Filled Tubes with a minimum Barrier Height of 1.0m.
Eligibility & compliance
The suppliers will be required to supply all fittings, fixings and consumables to permit uncompromised deployment and operation of the equipment throughout its life.

The Environment Agency shall not be liable for any costs or expenses incurred by any candidate or tenderer in connection with the completion and return of the information requested in this Contract Notice, or in the completion or submission of any tender.

Additional details
To supply between 1km and 5km of these flood barriers, depending upon available budget. The equipment is stored at a network of depots distributed around England.
The Award Criteria is as stated in the Invitation to Tender. This exercise shall be conducted using Pro Contract: the Environment Agency's eSourcing portal provided by Due North.
