The fire door sets will be installed within domestic properties, either in communal areas or within individual dwellings in rooms where there is a potential source of fire, such as kitchens and living rooms, etc. There will also be a requirement to undertake work in corporate buildings such as council buildings, schools, leisure centres, commercial buildings and any other building type to be confirmed at the call off stage.
The Contract is being procured by Nottingham City Homes for a period of 1 year with an optional extension period of a year, and it is envisaged that it will commence in June 2019. We anticipate the potential total value during the contract period to be between £80,000 and £120,000 ( per year).
