Overview
Delivery of fire remedial works to properties owned and managed by Southern Housing. Southern Housing are keen to ensure they have due regard for Section 12 of the Procurement Act, in relation to removing barriers to participation for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises.
A Small and Medium-sized Enterprise (SME) is defined as: •fewer than 250 staff (see paragraph 8 above); and •less than or equal to 44,000,000.00 GBP in annual turnover or a balance sheet total of less than or equal to 38,000,000.00 GBP. Southern Housing have therefore taken the decision to establish two lots for this opportunity.
Suppliers are encouraged to have due regard for the information above when applying for this opportunity. Pre-market engagement has not been deemed necessary for this opportunity as the scope was already well defined.
