South West Wales Regional Civil Engineering Contractors Framework 2027

Carmarthenshire County Council in association with Ceredigion County Council, Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council, Pembrokeshire County Council and Swansea Council intends to establish a new iteration of this Framework by appointing suitably qualified Contractors for the delivery of civil engineering related construction projects and other works across the region. The Framework will include value-banded and geographical/regional lots for Civil Engineering Works (e.g. Very Small, Small, Medium and Large Civils Work) as well as lots for Specialist Civils Work (e.g. Demolition, Public Lighting, Lining & Road Marking, Surfacing, Ground Investigations, Marine Works, Traffic Management, Bridge Maintenance, Landscaping).An initial framework information document is attached to assist interested parties in preparing to bid.

However, at this stage, the lotting structure is still under development and may be subject to change.
