Overview
The council is seeking to procure cleaning and security services across its property portfolio, with contracts commencing 1st September 2016. Both services have been provided by a variety of contracted partners since 2001.
This process is being conducted under the Restricted OJEU procedure. The selected Contractor will be required to enter into the GC/Works/10 (2000) Facilities Management General Conditions of Contract with Supplementary Conditions and Annexes.
