Housing 21 will be conducting a one stage tender exercise for servicing and repairs of automated doors to achieve the following objectives:
- Award a five year contract with the opportunity for two extensions at 2026 and 2029 (ten year contract is possible).
- Develop a long lasting collaborative relationship with each supplier.
- Award between 2 to 3 suppliers nationally.
- Works are to be completed to achieved compliance and meet Housing 21 service level agreement and key performance indicators.
- Ensure suppliers selected have the capacity to complete numerous services and repairs at any one time.
- Ensure H21 quality requirements are achieved throughout the contract term.
