Security and Crowd Management Services

Transport for Wales (TfW) is seeking qualified suppliers to express interest in providing professional Crowd Management/Control and Security Services for major public events and transportation station safety across its Wales and border network. The Supplier will play a central role in the planning, delivery, and ongoing development of all crowd management responsibilities across the railway network, alongside associated customer service functions. This will span the entire Transport for Wales (TfW) network, including stations, depots, on‑train environments, and major events.The required services include on‑board security and patrols, station and depot patrols, management of anti‑social behaviour (ASB), emergency response and on‑call support, security checks at key locations, event security and crowd management, as well as specialist functions such as drone operations.Across both lots, suppliers will be expected to hold recognised security qualifications and demonstrate robust operational and compliance management systems suited to event environments and security needs. **Please note a UK1 Pipeline Notice, has been published in relation to these requirements: ocds-h6vhtk-06a213 & ocds-h6vhtk-06a212**
