Digital Systems and Data • What digital systems do you use for repairs management, scheduling, customer communication, and reporting? o Are these compatibles with common housing management systems? o How do you ensure data accuracy, transparency, and real time reporting? Procurement Route • The Council is proposing a Competitive Flexible Procedure.

Have you participated in this procedure (or similar) within the last two years? o Please explain the reasons for your view (e.g., flexibility, dialogue, ability to refine solutions). o If no, please outline any concerns or limitations you foresee. Contract Form • The Council is considering a TPC (Term Partnering Contract). Do you have experience delivering under TPC or similar partnering contracts (e.g., PPC, NEC, JCT partnering)? o Do you have experience with TPC or similar partnering contracts, and do you have any feedback on benefits or challenges associated with this form?
