Additional details

If you have the intention to bid for more than one setting under either a single lot or under more than one lot, please ensure the applications are kept separate. Please note, however, this may result in a partial award and will not provide an advantage over other, single, bids.

Contract duration - Individual setting contract lengths - 4 years with the option to extend for a further 2 years at the Council's discretion. The Council intends to let a pseudo framework agreement under Regulations 74 to 77 of the Public Contract Regulations 2015 Light Touch Regime.

The Council is awarding a framework, which allows flexibility while complying with Treaty principles of transparency and equal treatment of providers. The Council may decide in future to re-open the framework to allow providers to join, should the Council need to meet demand. Bidders should be aware there is a separate ITT to submit a tender in Welsh, please see ITT_123926.
