- LondonEnergy Ltd ("LEL") is seeking to appoint a suitable qualified and experienced Occupational Health ("OH") provider to deliver a comprehensive, responsive and proactive Occupational Health Service to support the health, wellbeing and attendance management of our 350+ workforce.
The appointed provider will work in partnership with LEL to deliver high-quality occupational health services that support employee wellbeing, promote fitness for work, facilitate effective case management and assist the organisation in meeting its legal and statutory obligations under relevant health and safety and employment legislation.
LEL employs a diverse workforce operating across office-based, operational and engineering environments, with employees undertaking a range of safety-critical and physically demanding roles. As such, the Occupational Health Service must be capable of providing timely, pragmatic and evidence-based advice to managers, employees and the Human Resources team.
The successful provider will be expected to deliver a modern, flexible and customer-focused service incorporating both remote and face-to-face appointments where appropriate, supported by secure digital systems, robust management information and effective account management.
ii. General
- Ability to book face-to-face OH appointments where the case would benefit from a face-to-face appt.
- Local clinic or local hub where face-to-face appointments can be held located close to Eco Park, Tottenham Hale or Liverpool Street.
- Ability to book urgent OH appointments and not just rely on cancellations being available to do so.
- Regular meetings with our client relationship manager.
- Ability to have a case conference call with the OH doctor, if possible, for complex cases.
- Supply of useful data to us by OH provider on a quarterly basis to feed into the Board Report.
- User friendly OH portal to make referrals on and then be able to see the reports on and historical reports for employees too.

Our existing providers ability to pull any data/reporting is non-existent. Would like to see a secure portal and understand what management information can be provided on a month basis i.e.
