The City Council wishes to engage with experienced organisations or individuals with the relevant and appropriate experience to submit business plans and ideas to generate income from the identified parks. The Council does not guarantee exclusivity for any operator or operation as a result of this procurement, although it will be mindful of existing operations when assessing/authorising anything in the future.
