PURCH2932 Provision of Laser Drilling and Patterning System The University wishes to procure a laser drilling and patterning system. The proposed laser selective etching system shall provide a high-precision, non-contact manufacturing solution for the fabrication of complex vias and microfluidic structures into glass substrates.
