Stop Smoking Services (CO05960). Provide a comprehensive Hampshire Stop Smoking Service which will reduce the prevalence of tobacco use and its associated health inequalities Hampshire County Council invites capable providers to tender for the provision of Stop Smoking Service.

Anticipated contract start date is 1 October 2016. Contract term is for three years with options to extend for a period or periods not exceeding two years offering a potential contract term of 5 years in total.
Anticipated contract values over the potential maximum contract term is £11,500,000 (£2.3m per annum). TUPE may apply.
