The commitment is for a 2 year contract with an annual value of £374,000 ex VAT. The contract period is 1/4/26 – 31/3/28.
The Authority reserve the right to extend this contract for a further 12 month period subject to funding and/ or need. Following assessment against the key criteria under the PSR Direct Award Process A, the Authority is satisfied that the existing provider is delivering the services to the required standard and is capable of continuing to do so for the duration of the proposed contract award.
There is no realistic alternative provider capable of delivering the service requirements in accordance with Regulation 7 of the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. There are no declared conflicts of interest.
