Overview
It is intended to establish a Pseudo dynamic purchasing system (PDPS) in accordance with the Public Contract Regulations 2015, Regulations 74 -76 (Light Touch). The aim of Support Services for children and their families is to provide individualised programmes of support which build on the strengths of families and enables: • Parents and carers to fulfil their parenting and caring role and for families to lead ‘ordinary lives’. • Enable children and their families to engage in life enriching activities within the community and have improved quality of life.
The PDPS length is 10 years. The PDPS will remain open during the 10 year period; this means that following the initial assessment and establishment of the PDPS, providers can apply to be added to PDPS at any point in time.
Although providers may apply at any time, applications will only be assessed by the named organisations then added to the PDPS at certain points during the year. Applications will next be assessed after 01/02/2017 at 9:30am
