Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust (The Approved Organisation) requires a Supplier for provision of Winter Maintenance Services (The Service) , including, but not limited to salt spreading, services to the Authorised Authority's Locations/Premises. This is to facilitate safe access for the Approved Organisation's staff, members of the public, patients and other 3rd parties to the Premises.
Services may be required at new/additional Locations/Property during the Term (e.g. new site coming online following completion of a separate building project). Furthermore, the contract value has been calculated based on the average number of incidents of inclement/winter weather which may increase or decrease over the Term, therefore any values specified in this notice may increase in excess of 50% as a result of such a change
