Overview
North Ayrshire Council (“NAC”) are looking to notify the market of a potential future contract opportunity for a provider(s) to deliver care and support for Adults with a Learning Disability, Mental Health and Physical & Sensory Disability within 2 established North Ayrshire Council owned supported accommodation developments. Residents in both lots hold their own tenancy agreement with North Ayrshire Council.
For additional information, please refer to the questionnaire attached. The Service will be delivered from the staff base in each Supported Accommodation development and within the community.
Flexibility in service delivery will be required taking into account individual circumstances. The Service Provider is commissioned to provide an allocated number of care and support hours for the site.
