This DPS will run continuously from Q3, 2016 for a minimum of 4 years, when it will be reviewed to assess whether the defined lots are still relevant to the needs of the Authority. Where the DPS is considered relevant, it will continue in force, subject to 2 year reviews up to 2026.
Where the lot structure requires substantial change or amendment a new contract notice will be issued and the DPS will be refreshed. In any event the DPS will be subject to a complete refresh during 2026.
