- Produce a report summarising their activity, detailing individual identified weaknesses and making recommendations to remediate those weaknesses.
- Present a testing debrief and summary of the report to ONS Chief Security Officer Periodicity: Annually over the period of the contract. Pre-Test Co-ordination: The eventual supplier will be required to arrange each test in advance through the Physical Security Manager. We anticipate that the contract will run for a period of 3 years from 24/09/2018 - 31/12/2021. The provisional procurement timetable is as follows but please note that this may be subject to change:
- Publish tender: 30th July
- Bidder site visits Newport and London: 13th and 14th August
- Bidder site visits Titchfield and Christchurch: 22nd or 23rd August (both sites in one day)
- Tender deadline: 7th September
- Tender evaluation: 10th - 14th September
- Award contract: w/c 17th September The tender will be published via ONS' e-tendering portal, In-Tend. Only responses received via In-Tend will be accepted.
