This Prior Information Notice relates to a Provider Information Event only in relation to a Falkirk Council Framework Agreement for the Provision of Homeless Supported Accommodation, Outreach Tenancy Support and Housing First Services. Please see Section VI below for additional information.
Interim accommodation-based housing support with move-on outreach for young people aged 16-35, with priority given to those aged 16-21. The service supports young people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness to build the skills, resilience and independence required to sustain housing and progress towards settled accommodation.
Support is estimated at 170 hours per week over 17 rooms in accommodation unit provided by Falkirk Council. Interim accommodation-based housing support with move on outreach for people aged 16 and over.

The service supports single people, couples and families who are homeless to build the skills to sustain housing and progress towards independent living. Support is estimated at 200 hours per week across 20 tenancies/rooms in an accommodation unit provided by Falkirk Council.
A community-based tenancy support service for Service Users who are at risk of homelessness or who have recently experienced homelessness. The service will provide task-based support to prevent homelessness, sustain accommodation and promote independent living.
Support will primarily be delivered on a short-term basis with a focus on achieving sustainable housing outcomes. A Housing First service for adults who have experienced recurrent homelessness. The service will be delivered in accordance with Housing First principles, providing flexible, intensive person-centred and long-term support to individuals with multiple and complex needs, using a multi-agency approach to promote tenancy sustainment, health and wellbeing, and community integration.
