Overview
The Mayor and Burgesses of the London Borough of Haringey (the "Council") is inviting Tenders for the Provision of Highway and Street Lighting requirements in accordance with the Invitation to Tender documentation (ITT). The procurement shall be in two Lots as outlined below.
Tenderers should note that the Council shall request a discount (associated with economies of scale) if a Tenderer is awarded both Lots. The contract term shall be eight (8) years for each lot made up of an initial four (4) year term with an option to extend for further two (2) plus two (2) years at the Council's absolute discretion and in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the Contract.
The Highway and Street Lighting Contract (in two lots) will be the only Term Contract to be let by the Council for the provision of these services/works on the Public Highway. The Council, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to place works in these categories outside the Contract through individually tendered contracts for works packages in excess of £500,000 in value.
