Provision of GP Services (APMS) at Clapham Road Surgery, Bedford

Arden & Greater East Midlands Commissioning Support Unit (Arden&GEM CSU) on behalf of NHS England (Central Midlands) and Bedfordshire CCG (referred to as the Commissioner(s)) under joint commissioning arrangements is seeking suitably qualified and experienced providers to deliver primary care medical services at Clapham Road Surgery, Clapham Road, Bedford, Bedfordshire, MK41 7PW. The contract duration is 15 months from the commencement date of 1st January 2018 until the 31st March 2019, there will be no option to extend beyond this period.
