NHS Arden and Greater East Midlands Commissioning Support Unit (AGCSU) on behalf of Norfolk & Suffolk Integrated Care Board (ICB) (The Commissioner) intends to award a General Medical Services (GMS) Contract to provide primary medical services and other services from 1st October 2026 following a robust Competitive Process to the following Providers; Please note the Contracting Authority is listed according to previous ICB structures.

This will be a General Medical Services (GMS) contract held in perpetuity and the service commencement date is 1st October 2026. The annual contract value will be £900,456 based on (i) a weighted list size of 7,664.68 as of 1st October 2025 and (ii) after the 4.75% deduction for Out of Hours (OOH) (as IC24 deliver the OOH service across Norfolk & Waveney).
