Provision of Defence Medic PHEC/Acute Trauma Placements

A key aspect of this is the reduction in the number of security classifications used. All suppliers to the Department are encouraged to make themselves aware of the changes as it may impact on this Requirement.

Advertising Regime OJEU:- This contract opportunity is published in the Official Journal of the European Union (OJEU),the MoD Defence Contracts Bulletin and www.contracts.mod.uk Education and Training services. The Authority has a requirement for the provision of Pre Hospital Emergency Care placements to facilitate and support Defence Medical Services personnel achieving the mandated Level 4 Associate Ambulance Practitioner Award.

There is a requirement for mentors within the placement areas to support the trainees and supply expert witness testimony on the individuals competence in order to complete their placement portfolios. 9 intakes for up to 60 military students per intake will be required over the contract period. Languages: Fluent (written and oral) in English (all locations). The contract period will be 22 February 2016 to 31 March 2018.
