Period of Contract As an indication the Contract is expected to commence on 28 October 2019 and will be for a period of 1 year until 27 October 2020, with the option for 2 further 12-month extensions on a 1 plus 1-year basis. Value of Contract The total estimated value excluding VAT for the entire duration of the contract including all extension options is £150,000.

This value is based on historical spend data and is intended to be used as a guide only and is not a guarantee of the level of business that will be generated from the contract. Contractors/Supplier(s) Appointment On the basis of the Tender submissions the Council will select one supplier to be appointed under the contract to provide the Services in accordance with the published suitability assessment criteria and award criteria as detailed within the Invitation to Tender.
