The sign shop manufactures signs for both internal and external customers and the timescales are set by the customer.

The materials provided by this supplier provide value for money and are able to deliver within the required timescales.This is a request for an interim solution to continue service provision with the support from the Procurement team it is the intention that a full specification and tender for all sign shop materials will be prepared and tendered within six months of this exception request to ensure future compliance. The sign shop obtains quotations for materials prior to purchasing, the suppliers also provide their delivery times which is part of the best value decision on utilising suppliers for the councils most advantageous position to ensure that we can deliver our services to our customers without delay.
