Overview
Mid Yorkshire Teaching NHS Trust is undertaking early market engagement in relation to the potential future delivery of Protective Security Services across the Trust. The purpose of this exercise is to understand the current market, available service delivery models, supplier capability and indicative costs.
Information received will be used to inform the development of a business case and the Trust's consideration of future service delivery options. This exercise is not a call for competition, tender or commitment to procure.
Participation will not provide any advantage or disadvantage in any future procurement process. Any future procurement would be undertaken separately in accordance with the Trust's applicable procurement obligations. At this stage, the Trust is particularly interested in obtaining indicative market costs for delivering a comprehensive, resilient 24/7 security service within an acute healthcare environment.
